**Description**

**Summary: ** The Operations Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to implementing quality concepts throughout the operational processes to make continuous improvements; supervising records center/vault operations and delivery service; maintaining proper staffing; and reaching specific operational benchmarks.

**Essential Functions**

**Personnel Management **– Candidate will be responsible for, in part, hiring job candidates, training new/existing employees, enforcing company policies, and ensuring proper staffing.

**Quality tracking and improvement **– Candidate will work with Area Vice President and Director of Operations to improve the Company’s quality program

**Forecast Requirements ** – Responsible for budget control, budget reporting, and taking corrective actions to maintain fiscal responsibility.

**Facilities/Equipment Maintenance ** – Responsible for maintaining clean and efficient facilities including vehicle/equipment maintenance. Properly maintain and control the use of currently available rack space and evaluate the need for additional racks.

**Inventory Control **– Responsible for daily records center/vault operations. Includes the auditing of daily paperwork, overseeing and reconciling daily vault inventories of critical accounts. Conduct and supervise bay audits.

**Customer Service ** – Responsible for providing courteous and attentive treatment of all customers’ needs by presenting a professional and positive image when interacting with customers in person and over the phone.

Operations Manager VitalChart

**Description**

**Title: ** Driver

**Reports to: **Director of Operations (“DOO”) or management designee

**Summary: ** The responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for collecting customer information regardless of media type. Additionally, this position, while operating company vehicles, will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to federal and state transportation laws and any related company policies.

**Essential Functions**

- Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.

- Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.

- Meet department productivity and quality standards.

- Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.

- Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.

- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.

- In the event of inclement weather, report to work two hours before regularly scheduled time to allow for delays and to budget time to put tire chains on company vehicles, if necessary.

**Reports to: ** Director – IT

**Summary: **The IT Support position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks within VRC Companies, LLC (the “Company” or “VRC”) in a technical support role.

**Essential Functions**

- Provide users with basic technical support related to PCs, mobile devices, RFID equipment, peripherals, associated software, etc.

- Provide troubleshooting and support for basic network issues like networking printers and handling failure of cables or non-managed network hardware.

- Provide user account support such as drive mapping and password resets; creation/deletion of accounts or assignment of permissions.

- Setup and configuration of workstations and software.

- Transportation and setup of equipment at various sites, primarily local but with limited travel if necessary.

- Communicate with Network Manager when issues need to be escalated or are otherwise outside the normal scope of duties.

- Other duties as required.
