The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Account Management, and Business Development to help position our solutions in the market and own the launch and promotion of new capabilities. Key Areas of Responsibility Product Messaging & Positioning
Own the development of clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value of Virtual Incentives’ solutions to target audiences.
Assist in creating product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our platform in the market.
Help translate product features into customer-focused benefits and use cases.
Go-To-Market Ownership
Assist in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market initiatives for new features, enhancements, and solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop launch plans, internal enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
Own cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product rollouts.
Business Development & Account Enablement
Develop and maintain product marketing assets that support Account Management and Business Development teams, including product one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive positioning materials, case studies, and solution briefs.
Own and maintain a centralized product knowledge base, ensuring internal teams have easy access to accurate, up-to-date product information, messaging, and resources.
Partner with Account Management and Business Development to ensure messaging reflects real-world client needs, use cases, and market feedback.
Content & Thought Leadership
Partner with the marketing team to develop product-focused content, including blog posts, product pages, website updates, and customer success stories.
Assist in communicating product updates and new capabilities across marketing channels.
Market & Competitive Insights
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to inform product positioning.
Monitor competitive messaging and product updates to help refine Virtual Incentives’ differentiation in the market.
Own the development of internal insights and materials that keep the team informed about market developments.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role within a B2B organization; fintech or payments industry experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Experience with marketing and business platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Looker Studio; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation
Total compensation ranges from $90k–$125k, including bonus potential, and is commensurate with experience and location.
