We are currently seeking an experienced RegionalSales Manager to join our sales team and manage the Northwest U.S.Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive, strong, trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of accounts
  • Penetrate new markets and generate new business within the region
  • Grow market share and add to the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Own the customer relationship and act as the main point of contact
  • Creative mutually beneficial solutions and resolve potential conflicts in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (including but not limited to quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Be an integral part of the process to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Attend and participate in regional and national tradeshows

Requirements and skills
  • 3-5 years proven work experience as a regional sales manager or regional account executive
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Requires 60-70% travel within territory
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred
  • Previous experience in the Pool and Spa industry preferred
