Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales & Business Development. The VP will oversee sales operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and implement business development strategies to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, developing strategic sales initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and leading account management efforts. The role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and delivering on key performance metrics. Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Solid expertise in Business Development and identifying new growth opportunities
Strong skills in Strategic Account Management and Sales Operations
Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Ability to build and nurture client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience in technology, healthcare, or related industries is preferred but not required
