**Bilingual HR Representative (Hybrid) **

Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is seeking a **Bilingual HR Representative ** to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone at the coordinator or early-career level looking to grow within Human Resources.

**What You’ll Do: **

- Support onboarding and new hire orientation

- Answer employee questions related to HR policies and benefits

- Maintain employee records and HR systems

- Assist with employee relations and performance documentation

- Support compliance, reporting, and HR administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For: **

- Bilingual English/Spanish (**required **)

- 1–3 years of HR, admin, or coordinator experience

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate with field and office employees

- HRIS experience (iSolved a plus)
