🚀 We're Hiring: Full-Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid - Minneapolis)

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our 40+ person team at Vertical Insure!

**The Role: **

This a high-impact role for someone who can own projects from inception through scaling, think across systems, and deliver reliable, user-centered solutions.

• Implement user-facing features in React/Next.js.

• Build and maintain back-end services in Java (e.g., Micronaut or similar).

• Design schemas and write queries for PostgreSQL; use Redis for caching, queues, and session/state where appropriate.

**What we offer: **

✅ The estimated base salary for this role is: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on the level of experience (jr/mid/sr), job-related knowledge, and skills.
