**Role Description **

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Specialist based in Memphis, TN, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Logistics Specialist will manage day-to-day supply chain activities, oversee truckload operations, and communicate with vendors, clients, and team members. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing processes and achieving organizational objectives in logistics management.

**Qualifications **

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams

- Analytical Skills and attention to detail for data analysis and problem-solving in truckload logistics operations

- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment

- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setup (office in Memphis, TN and remote flexibility)

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

- Familiarity with logistics software and industry standards is a plus
