Vendric Labs is a Boise, Idaho compliance company. Sightline (OSHA recordkeeping for U.S. construction GCs) is live in production: Forms 300/300A/301, federal + 29 state-plan jurisdiction routing, photo-to-hazard AI citing 29 CFR 1926 verbatim, penalty estimation, ITA submission tracking, and the 15-working-day informal-conference workflow. IncidentPilot, the agent-paid platform layer above Sightline, launched its agency channel motion on 2026-05-22. The YC F26 application is in.
Pre-revenue. Solo founder runway. First paid customer is the next milestone.
The role: GTM Cofounder
50/50 equity, four-year vest, one-year cliff. On-site Boise, five days a week. Reports to Taylor Marr. Employee number two.
Primary motion is agency channel development. Independent multi-carrier commercial P&C agencies are the audience; IncidentPilot is what they buy. Sightline is sold through them on a 20% first-year / 10% trailing rev share. Defensive parallel: three to five direct GC pilots in San Diego County, capped, to bridge the agency procurement cycle.
What you'd own in the first 6 months
  • Recruit and close the first ten IncidentPilot Founding Partners (35% off tier, three-year lock, in exchange for logo rights and product feedback)
  • Run the San Diego County wedge: NAICS 236220 commercial GCs, 1-200 FTE, via the Cavignac broker channel, the AGC of California San Diego Chapter, and ICW Group adjacency
  • Validate the IncidentPilot tier numbers (Solo $1,200 / Producer $4,800 / Agency $14,400 / Regional $36,000 / Enterprise ~$75K+) through three to five agency discovery calls
  • Lock Sightline's employer-tier pricing (currently bespoke per deal)
  • Close the first paid Sightline customer

Who I'm looking for
  • Sold into independent multi-carrier commercial P&C agencies, or produced inside one. Knows the workers' comp renewal cycle from the inside
  • Or: strong B2B SaaS founder-sales background in regulated industries with a credible 60-day agency ramp plan
  • Has carried a 4-8 month procurement cycle before
  • First or second commercial hire at a Seed or Series A company at least once
  • Lives in Boise metro or relocating before start

  • A pre-revenue company one day into its biggest GTM pivot. The next 90 days decide whether the channel has legs
