Research the market and concept new ad formats daily for deployment
Audit our ad accounts weekly across Meta, TikTok, and more to identify opportunities
Develop Creative Briefs for our editors or UGC managers to bring your concept to life
Project manage your ad creative development, deployment, and testing results
Rapid test new scripts, hooks, and headlines that stops the scroll in 3 seconds
Innovate methodologies for specific variables: Visual Hook, Value Prop, Text Overlay etc
Lead a weekly creative review meeting where you’ll present the creatives’ performance metrics
Identify creative fatigue before it happens and have the next round of iterations ready to launch
Leverage AI for creative scripting, concepting, and visual content development when appropriate
Build and maintain an inspo “swipe file" of competitor ads and trending formats on TikTok, Meta
Lead a monthly ad performance review meeting with Head of Marketing for new optimizations
Support the web performance team with insightful findings for conversions improvements
REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years in DTC paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy
Proven success scaling ad creative on Meta and TikTok
Strong grasp of key metrics: CTR, hold rate, CVR, CPA
Deep understanding of direct response creative and conversion drivers
Experience building and managing creative testing roadmaps
