We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Domo and Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, data strategy, and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver scalable analytics solutions, actionable insights, and high-impact dashboards. Work Schedule Full-time | Onsite Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Remote Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Domo
Build and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and transformations within Snowflake
Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Domo Magic ETL and cloud data pipelines
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational opportunities, and business risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data governance standards
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions
Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and overall analytics efficiency
Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting or integration issues
Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake
Strong experience building dashboards and ETL processes in Domo
Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with data visualization best practices and KPI development
Requirements:
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python, R, or statistical analysis tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with dbt, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
