Mission
Build the independent verification infrastructure layer for enterprise vendor spend across SaaS, cloud, logistics, payments, procurement, and operational systems.
Role Overview
The Startup President & GM — VendorID will lead Vaudit's enterprise vendor verification platform and help establish the company as the trusted audit layer for the global vendor economy. This executive will own platform growth, enterprise expansion, product direction, and strategic finance ecosystem relationships.

Enterprise Finance Leadership
  • Position VendorID as:

Cross-Vendor Expansion
  • Expand verification coverage across:
  • SaaS
  • cloud
  • payments
  • logistics
  • procurement systems
  • subscription infrastructure
  • operational vendors

Product & Platform Strategy
  • Drive roadmap for:
  • anomaly detection
  • vendor benchmarking
  • audit automation
  • financial verification
  • spend governance
  • recovery intelligence

Executive Relationships
  • Build relationships with:
  • CFOs
  • procurement leaders
  • controllers
  • finance transformation teams
  • enterprise audit organizations

KPI Ownership
Primary KPI: Total Vendor Spend Under Verification
Secondary KPIs:
  • Enterprise ARR
  • Recovery and savings volume

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $300K–$500K
  • Performance Bonus to equal $1 Million total salary & bonus annually
  • Significant Equity Package
