Van Ness Creative Strategies is looking for passionate Democrats who are college seniors or recent graduates for our Digital Fellowship position.

If you’re interested in pursuing a career in politics and digital strategy, this position is for you!

This role will include:

- Copywriting for digital ads, fundraising emails, and SMS texts to mobilize the vote

- Creating digital assets (graphics and gifs) around candidates and movements

- Support high-impact fundraising campaigns for major PACs and Democratic candidates

- Assisting in strategic content strategy

- Conducting data entry, reporting, and basic analysis to inform program performance

- Using HTML to code fundraising emails

You should apply if:

- Have experience working with digital ads, fundraising emails, and creative strategy

- Have a thorough understanding of the national political landscape

- Check the news and Twitter (X) constantly for the newest updates

- Are passionate about Democratic organizations and causes

This fellowship requires at least 20 hours of availability each week, up to 40 hours. This fellowship pays $20 an hour.

This position is hybrid out of our office in Brooklyn, NY or Washington, D.C.

VNCS is a Brooklyn+D.C.-based Democratic digital strategy firm.

We work with organizations dedicated to Democratic issue-based advocacy, electoral PACs/Independent Expenditures, and Democratic candidates.

We're a company with room to stay and grow over multiple political cycles – bonuses and raises will be given on a regularly scheduled basis.
