ValueLink Software provides the industry-leading property appraisal management technology for Lenders, Appraisal Management Companies and Appraisers to easily manage and track orders in real time while ensuring regulatory compliance. Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible to assist with onboarding new clients and facilitating existing clients with navigating features on our platforms. This role will be managing the client relationship from inception to onboarding/migration to ValueLink platforms, providing training to users, assisting with data cleanup and data load and hand-off the client to the ValueLink support teams once onboarding is complete. Priorities & Deliverables:
Gain expert knowledge of the ValueLink platforms
Be single point of contact for assigned clients
Obtain all necessary information for client onboarding
Work with our development teams to complete customizations requested by clients
Communicate with clients in a clear and timely manner
Provide training and assistance to clients as needed during the onboarding process

Managing all onboarding processes using available tools like JIRA, Excel and OneNote
Training clients on-site and virtually using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Responding to questions or requests of customers as appropriate
Providing regular updates on any customer developments, feature requests, complaints, etc.

Ability to gain a deep understanding software platform and convey that understanding to clients
Candidates with prior experience with SaaS software onboarding will be preferred.
Hybrid Work Details : 5 days a week (Required 3 days onsite).
