- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive informed decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management, including coaching and leadership
- Budgeting skills to manage financial planning, forecasting, and expense control
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
