Role Description
The Executive Vice President will oversee key business functions, including strategic planning, operational management, and financial performance for Valrock Holdings. They will drive business growth by identifying investment opportunities, developing partnerships, and leading acquisition strategies in industrial and IOS markets. Responsibilities include setting company goals, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate operations, with expertise in industrial properties, IOS investments, or STNL assets
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and driving organizational growth
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing teams and fostering collaboration
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex operational and investment challenges
  • Experience in Texas and Sunbelt markets preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
