Summary: We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own, execute, and optimize our email marketing programs from end to end, with a strong focus on driving revenue through lead generation, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing email initiatives that convert audiences and support broader marketing and business goals. This role blends strategy, creativity, and data, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both compelling copy and a hands-on, performance-driven approach to growth and monetization. Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, lifecycle, and automated flows
Write, edit, and optimize email copy with a strong focus on engagement and conversion
Design or collaborate on email layouts that are mobile-first and on-brand
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on behavior, preferences, and performance data
Manage email calendars and ensure timely, error-free sends
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, design, and send times
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability
Experience with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
