Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of assigned projects across the enterprise, ensuring successful planning, execution, communication, and delivery. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive work forward while coordinating across multiple functional areas. The Senior Project Manager serves as a central point of accountability, ensuring alignment among stakeholders at varying levels of the organization and delivering outcomes that support business objectives. This role requires a seasoned project leader capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while influencing strategy, shaping delivery standards, and guiding stakeholders—including executives—through complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, including project planning, documentation, execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status documentation
Lead and facilitate cross-functional project meetings, workshops, and working sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution
Provide clear, concise, and timely project communications, including executive-level status updates and summaries
Track milestones, deadlines, and project dependencies while maintaining strong organization and accuracy
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and project team members across departments
Collaborate effectively within a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, escalating appropriately when needed
Partner with enterprise functions including Sales, Operations, IT, Corporate, Product, and M&A to ensure alignment and execution of cross-department initiatives
Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives
Qualifications Experience
8–12 years of project management experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives
