Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Business Development. In this role, you will lead and implement strategies to drive business growth, develop and maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include establishing business plans, managing negotiation processes, expanding the sales pipeline, and overseeing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Planning with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
- Experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with creative services industries such as design, printing, or marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
