- Running and validating reports from the Student Data Warehouse and Salesforce CRM to fulfill data requests from academic and administrative partners.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Tableau dashboards.
- Collecting, validating, and reporting data to support rankings and accreditation.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accreditation and rankings process by collecting, analyzing, and validating large datasets from multiple departments to ensure timely and precise submissions for university ranking bodies.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate data from multiple university systems using a range of analytical techniques.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports in Tableau and other tools to support decision-making.
- Manage Tableau Server extracts and refresh schedules; troubleshoot connection or data-quality issues as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies within the Data & Software Solutions team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives by ensuring consistency across systems and reports.

Preferences
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building data visualizations and reports in platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, joining, and validating data.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data preparation tools or workflows.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to take initiative as a self-starter and drive improvements in reporting, data quality, and automation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
