A well-regarded middle-market private equity firm is looking to add a Data & Marketing Analyst to its Shared Services team. The firm manages over $8+ billion in assets across multiple strategies and has a strong institutional reputation built over more than two decades. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the center of the firm's data, reporting, and communications workflows. The individual will serve as the primary owner of CRM infrastructure and firmwide marketing operations, supporting deal, fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets teams. Key Responsibilities
Serve as firmwide DealCloud superuser, owning data integrity, dashboards, and reporting across all teams
Own end-to-end production of the Monthly Pipeline Report and ad hoc reporting cycles
Maintain real-time deal funnel data to support urgent requests from investment teams and leadership
Lead DealCloud training and drive firmwide adoption and best practices
Manage Dispatch email platform across investor communications and firmwide distributions
Support firm marketing operations including website updates, LinkedIn, and core marketing materials
Ideal Profile
Deep DealCloud expertise with demonstrated CRM ownership inside a PE or alternative asset management firm
Experience building dashboards, reports, and data workflows
Strong analytical background with track record of producing decision-ready outputs
Background in marketing or investor communications a plus
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
