**Job Summary ** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our Winston-Salem office. This role provides clerical and administrative support and requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA privacy standards.

**Responsibilities**

- Answer phones and provide general front-office support

- File documents and maintain organized records

- Enter data accurately and in a timely manner

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team

- Interact professionally with persons served, employees, and other stakeholders

- Work effectively within an electronic records management system

- Protect sensitive information and follow HIPAA privacy standards

- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

**Travel Requirement: ** Some travel is required.

**Experience: ** At least one year of relevant administrative or office support experience is preferred.

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- At least one year of administrative or office support experience preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

- Comfort using electronic records systems and standard office technology

- Strong communication and customer service skills
