Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Banking and managing Deposits
- Knowledge of opening New Accounts and other foundational banking operations
- Understanding of Finance principles and financial products
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with banking software and standard computer applications
- Prior experience in a financial institution or similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Finance or Business is advantageous
