I took over as CEO in January. YouTube is the priority. You’d be walking into a company that’s ready for a new direction and wants to move fast.

**Who this is for: **

If you’ve been the person behind a founder-led brand, the one actually building the content operation for someone like Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, or Gary Vee, this is your kind of role.

You know what it’s like to work directly with the face of the brand, film with them, and turn their ideas into content that drives business.

Maybe you were the #2 person in your last gig, and your ideas got stuck behind process or management. You’re ready for a seat at the table, and you’re energized by the idea of writing the playbook, instead of following it.

**What’s in it for you: **

You’ll work alongside me in person, multiple days a week, out of Jupiter, FL.

You’ll travel and be in rooms you wouldn’t otherwise get into, building a network of successful business owners.

You’ll build the operation from scratch. Pick your editors. Design the studio. Create the sets and scenes. I like to stay lean, so think small, sharp crew, not 30-person department.

**What you’d own: **

- Content strategy and execution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook

- End-to-end production: idea to script to film to edit to publish to performance report

- Filming with me directly

- Managing freelancers and vendors with clear, direct creative feedback

- My personal brand and the company brand moving in the same direction

**Who I’m looking for: **

- 5+ years in content or video production. You’ve owned the full process, not just a piece of it

- Has worked directly with a founder or CEO as the face of the brand

- Comfortable behind the camera with no crew

- Understands B2B content, high-ticket sales psychology, and how platforms actually work

- Uses AI in their real workflow

- Self-directed. Produces great work without a lot of hand-holding

- Hungry. Has ideas. Wants to build something

**The fine print: **

- Full-time role

- Based in or near Jupiter, FL.* In person a few days a week, with travel for events and filming

- Salary: $120,000-$130,000
