Role overview:
- In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your financial and analytical expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve financial analysis, audit precision, and compliance automation across industries.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world accounting, audit, and financial reporting scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured explanations covering GAAP/IFRS standards, cost accounting, internal controls, and audit practices.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with financial standards.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of financial data interpretation, regulatory compliance, and professional audit methodologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or Financial Analyst.
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and audit processes.
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
- Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
