Description About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will serve as a critical gatekeeper and strategic partner, managing complex schedules, streamlining communications, and ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and executive memos
Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
Project & Task Tracking: Monitor ongoing administrative projects, manage executive expense reports, and ensure leadership deadlines are consistently met
Information Management: Maintain secure, organized digital filing systems and handle sensitive corporate information with ultimate discretion
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Assistant Practice Manager, or similar senior administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professional etiquette
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and task management tools
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks independently
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under tight deadlines or changing priorities
Absolute integrity and experience handling highly confidential corporate or medical data
