True Haven Therapy is a growing, clinician-owned mental health practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families in North Texas. With an established location in Murphy, we are expanding into a second office in Allen, Texas.

At True Haven Therapy, clinicians are supported with the administrative, billing, and marketing infrastructure needed to focus on what matters most — providing quality care to clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking LPC-Associates and LMSWs interested in building a strong clinical caseload in a supportive group practice environment.
This role is hybrid, allowing clinicians to provide both in-person and telehealth sessions.
Clinicians will work toward a full-time caseload of approximately 20–30 clients per week with referrals provided by the practice.
Start date is expected late May when the Allen office opens.
Compensation:
Independent Contractor (1099)
$45–$50 per session

Experience with play therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
