Responsibilities
- Manage team of accountants to oversee tax work is completed and ensure clients are taken care of
- Manage a group of client relationships by responding to their questions, meeting with them for tax planning throughout the year, and helping them with other accounting/advisory needs
- Tax return preparation for more complicated returns
- Review tax returns prepared by staff and senior level associates
- Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify most ideal tax planning strategies
- Deliver tax plans for our clients throughout the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
- CPA or Enrolled Agent license required
- A servant’s heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- The desire to work with an outstanding team
