Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or account information
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience using CRM tools, helpdesk systems, or ticketing platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools
  • Previous remote customer support experience
  • Experience supporting US-based customers
