Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide remote operational and administrative assistance to internal teams. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative functions, maintain documentation, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient office operations in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and cross-functional teams
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Handle email correspondence and internal communication
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record management
  • Assist with project coordination and task tracking
  • Support document management and file organization
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

Required Skills
  • Strong experience in administrative support, office coordination, and remote operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in remote administrative support or virtual assistant roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Experience supporting corporate teams, operations, HR, or executive leadership
