Compensation: $60,000?$80,000 base + uncapped commission (top performers $100K+) Schedule: Full-time | Monday?Friday | 8am?5pm | Hybrid (Field + Dealership) Location: Based out of Burnsville, MN (Territory: Dakota County) Tri-State Bobcat is hiring a driven, results-focused Sales Representative to take ownership of a high-potential territory. If you're someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, and close deals-this is your opportunity to sell a full line of industry-leading equipment including Bobcat, Toro, Bandit, and more across construction, landscaping, and forestry markets. This isn't a sit-back sales role. You'll be in the field, on job sites, in front of customers, and actively managing your pipeline. In return, you'll have strong support, recognized brands, and uncapped earning potential . What You'll Do
Own and grow your territory through prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals
Sell a full range of equipment, attachments, and solutions (Bobcat, Toro, Bandit, and more)
Split your time between job sites, customer meetings, and dealership activity
Generate new business through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and in-person visits
Run equipment demos and confidently present solutions to customers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Deliver quotes, financing options, and close deals efficiently
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in the field
What It Takes To Win
3+ years of equipment, construction, or industrial sales experience
Proven ability to prospect, close, and hit revenue targets
Comfortable working both in the field and from the dealership
Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel locally (limited out of state travel)
