As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our thriving litigation practice group in St. Petersburg. What You’ll Do
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
  • Manage electronic filings in Florida state courts (federal filing experience is a plus)
  • Maintain attorney calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, CMEs, meetings, and conferences
  • Conduct conflict checks and assist with new file setup
  • Organize and maintain electronic case files
  • Proofread documents for accuracy, formatting, and grammar
  • Track assignments and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Assist with attorney expense reporting and vendor invoice processing
  • Provide proactive administrative support to a team of attorneys

What We’re Looking For
  • Prior legal administrative/secretarial experience required
  • 2+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Florida ePortal and court procedures
  • Federal ECF experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Worldox, Chrome River, or Aderant is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
