Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Program Coordinator role based in North Bend, WA. The Program Coordinator will oversee daily program operations, assist with program development, and ensure successful execution of activities and events. Responsibilities include managing grants and projects, maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders, and delivering excellence. The role involves coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and contributing to the creation of impactful programs for youth in the community.

Qualifications
- Experience in Program and Grant Management and Program Development
- Strong skills in Project Management and ability to coordinate tasks effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Passion for community service and youth development
- Familiarity with non-profit operations and goals is a PLUS
