About the role: The Marketing Operations Analyst supports the development, optimization and scalability of Marketing Operations by improving the systems, data infrastructure and processes that power marketing execution. This role plays a key part in strengthening marketing data environments, supporting system integrations, administering marketing technology platforms and driving cross-functional initiatives. The Marketing Operations Analyst partners closely with teams serving customers, carriers and employees, bringing structure, accountability and forward-thinking solutions that uphold and elevate TQL standards. What you’ll be doing:
Data & AnalyticsSupport the development and ongoing improvement of a reliable, structured marketing data environment that enables smarter decision-makingAssist with data integrations across platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibilityBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that translate data into clear, actionable insightsHelp identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation while improving data quality and governancePartner with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and support the execution of data and reporting initiativesAssist in tracking progress on assigned work items and help ensure timely completion of deliverables
Marketing Technology (“MarTech”)Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of marketing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and user adoptionTroubleshoot technical issues and escalate more complex issues to vendors or senior team members as neededAssist in testing and implementing system enhancements and updates to improve marketing capabilitiesDocument processes and maintain system guides to support consistent and scalable practicesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to support MarTech initiatives, including scheduling, tracking tasks and ensuring follow-up on action items
What you need:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0–1 year of experience or exposure to SQL (writing basic queries, joining tables, or working with datasets through coursework or projects, troubleshooting data issues)
0–1 year of experience or exposure to building reports/dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) through coursework, internships, or self-driven projects
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or other MarTech tools (through coursework, internships, or academic projects preferred)
Basic understanding of data integrations, APIs, or how systems connect (exposure preferred, not required)
Experience working on team-based projects or supporting cross-functional collaboration in academic or internship settings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates accountability and follows through on assigned tasks
Naturally curious and eager to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and seeking guidance when needed
