What you will be doing:
- Lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking financial and operational KPIs
- Monitor occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, and margin performance across properties
- Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategy, labor performance, and expense controls
- Prepare investment committee and board materials
- Own recurring reporting packages
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts
Experience you will need:
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis
- Strong Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, dashboard builds)
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with strong structure and formatting standards
- Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
