Key Responsibilities:
Network Administration & Infrastructure:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including:
- Routers
- Switches
- Firewalls
- Wireless access points
- VPN solutions
- Support and maintain:
- LAN/WAN environments
- Network connectivity
- Wireless networks
- Remote access solutions
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and connectivity across enterprise systems
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning initiatives
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects
Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
- Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues
- Provide technical support to end users and internal IT teams
- Troubleshoot production-impacting incidents and minimize downtime
- Support after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and emergency production issues as required
- Maintain detailed documentation for:
- Network diagrams
- Configurations
- Incidents
- Change management activities
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Network Administrator or related infrastructure support role
- Strong understanding of:
- Network operations
- Network troubleshooting
- Performance monitoring
- Infrastructure support
- Experience with:
- Routers
- Switches
- Firewalls
- VPN technologies
- Wireless networking
- Knowledge of:
- LAN/WAN environments
- TCP/IP
- DNS/DHCP
- VLANs
- Network security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and end-user support abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to provide after-hours support when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) or higher
- Experience with:
- ArubaOS
- Arista networking technologies
- Arista ACE Level 2 certification or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred
