About the role
Regional Recruitment Managers required by a growing and leading global data center developer, owner & operator . This role will suit an individual with Construction Project Management , Supply chain or procurement experience at a GC or Electrical or Mechanical subcontractor.
The roles are 4 days onsite per week in Chicago.

The role
- Own end-to-end execution of project level purchasing
- Bridge between global strategy team and local constitution teams
- Partner with construction and finance teams to manage project procurement budgets
- Lead the RFP processes and vendor bids
- Oversee purchase orders
- Supply chain risk reporting
- Logistics and delivery tracking fir OFCI equipment
- Work closely with commissioning teams for equipment commissioning and startup
Requirements
- Construction experience with a developer, GC or electrical/mechanical contractor with MEP experience.
- Data center experience is a plus but not a hard requirement.
- Knowledgeable of the OFCI equipment, the vendor landscape, and the overall construction process.
- Software: Procore, Netsuite or similar PM/ERP software
