In this role, you will:
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every dish meets our high expectations
- Maintain proper prep levels so ingredients are always fresh and ready
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Receive and store deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen environment
- Engage with guests while preparing food, creating a personalized experience
- Safely operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, slicers, and more
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
- At least 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook preferred)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Bonus Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or similar food safety credentials
- Experience using POS systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
