We operate Webster’s Windows in Montreal and Tampa, with Vaughan, Ontario launching September 2026. Every customer is on a recurring contract. Every market runs on the same operating system: pay-for-performance comp at every level, KPI bonuses up to 100% of base, in-house finance, in-house tech, and a sales org built to recruit and develop top D2D managers.
The thesis: D2D has spent two decades perfecting the sales motion in pest, solar, alarms, and roofing. The talent, playbooks, and management infrastructure all exist. Window cleaning has been sitting in the corner because the industry defaulted to one-off jobs and nobody turned it into a real sales category. That’s the opportunity.
For closers and managers: reps coming from pest sell 1.5x to 3x more revenue per day here. Managers get cash override in year one, revenue participation in year two, and phantom equity tied to the long-term exit.
For investors and operators: we’re building the category leader in a fragmented industry with no national brand. Long-term target is a nine-figure exit through multi-market scale.
