Requirements We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
Are reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
Have a strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
Are mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
Hold a valid driver’s license and are able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
Do not need a college degree—just motivation and a willingness to learn
Are excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days
Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one – required)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
