Human Resources Assistant | Greenville, SC We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team with critical administrative and compliance functions. In this position, you will play an essential role in verifying and processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR data is accurate. Review and process new hire documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employment records
Enter employee information in HR and payroll systems with a high level of precision
Identify and resolve documentation errors or missing information
Provide training on employee onboarding and documentation
Process employment and wage verification requests
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment verification requirements through E-Verify
Respond to various employee questions and requests
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information
Requirements Qualifications
High school diploma required
Previous Human Resources or administrative experience preferred
Experience working in HRIS or payroll systems strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Required Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to maintain accuracy while working under deadlines
Ability to identify issues, research solutions, and recommend solutions
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or similar platforms for virtual training
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion
Previous experience with Paycor a plus
