Role Description
The Dean of Academics is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Douglasville, GA. The individual in this role will oversee curriculum development, implement academic policies, and monitor the effectiveness of instructional strategies to ensure high educational standards. Responsibilities include mentoring teachers, analyzing academic performance data, managing professional development programs, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and fostering a positive academic culture. The Dean will also collaborate with other school leaders to align curriculum with the academy’s mission.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational program development
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Experience in data analysis to track and improve student academic performance
- Knowledge of educational policies, compliance requirements, and accreditation processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with STREAM-based education and entrepreneurial training is highly desirable
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field required
- Prior experience as an educator, academic administrator, or similar role preferred
