The Simon Group USA is a multi-generational advisory firm serving South Florida for over 40 years, specializing in insurance planning, wealth strategy, and client-focused financial services.

We are seeking a polished, organized, and professional individual to join our team as an **Business ** **Operations & Client Experience Coordinator **.

~~This is an ~~**entry-level opportunity **~~designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience inside a high-touch advisory practice. ~~

**Position Overview **

This role sits at the intersection of **client service and internal operations **. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the day-to-day workflow of the firm.

You will work directly alongside advisors and leadership, gaining exposure to both the operational and relationship side of the business.

**Key Responsibilities **

• Serve as the first point of contact for client communication (phone, email, scheduling)

• Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and policy servicing

• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate client records

• Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client correspondence

• Support internal organization, workflow tracking, and administrative processes with the Business Operations Vice Presidents and Managing Partners.

• Participate in select client-facing activities and business development support

**Ideal Candidate - Strong Speaking Skills Required. **

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable in a client-facing, service-oriented environment

• Interest in financial services, insurance, or wealth management

• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn
