**Daily Responsibilities: **

- Handle inbound calls from clients and provide excellent customer support

- Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise

- Merchandise stocking and cashier duties

- Make inbound and outbound calls for client reimbursement

**Required Skills: **

- Call center experience

- Customer support resolution skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in customer relations

As a Health Coach, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-person and virtual coaching to support our clients on their wellness journey. **Daily Responsibilities: **

- Lead group exercise classes

- Provide group training sessions

- Offer swimming lessons

- Develop personalized fitness plans based on kinesiology principles

- Coach athletics teams in various sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and football

- Provide injury prevention strategies

- Lead flag football games

- Teach Zumba and other fitness classes

- Instruct in exercise science principles

- Lead kickboxing and Pilates classes

- Ensure safety by being CPR/AED certified
