As a Founder’s Concierge, you will anticipate Founder Member needs and collaborate with your team and all Club departments to provide an exceptional experience for them and their guests. Founder’s Concierge About The Ned: The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. After launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened Ned’s Club in the US Capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location. The property: Ned’s Club Washington, D.C. is a private members’ club set over three floors of the old Walker Building, a neoclassical building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch. As a key part of our membership team, reporting into the Senior Founder’s Concierge you will:
Be the first point of contact for Founder Member queries, helping them to plan and book their visits, with immediate attention and enhanced levels of service
Engage Founder Members and their team or guests with all their needs while in the Club
Have exceptional knowledge and passion for all that the Club has to offer, so you can make thoughtful and genuine recommendations
Build rapport with our Founder Members over time, building trust and learning their preferences
Work closely with all departments to assist Founder Members in getting the reservations they need ensuring their preferences are met, when possible
Collaborate with the membership team to ensure Founder Members are integrated into the larger member experience ecosystem
Ability to make decisions quickly and with poise
Be flexible in hours with a focus on mid-shift, evenings and weekends
Manage and maintain the Founder Member records in SalesForce
Manage and maintain the Founder Member profiles in OpenTable
Support the Senior Founder’s Concierge with Founder Member onboarding, development and renewals

This role will always be highly visible in the Club, so a high standard of personal presentation, a welcoming vibe, warmth and approachability is non-negotiable
Ability to recall members’ preferences, their experiences and genuine ability to anticipate their needs
Have an extremely high attention to detail
Intermediate experience in SalesForce and OpenTable.
Intermediate experience with operational systems in a Windows environment is preferred.
