Join our team as a Benefits Specialist and help individuals and families navigate their insurance needs—all from the comfort of your home! This is an entry-level role helping families choose the right life insurance and financial protection options. All clients are warm leads who have requested information —no cold calling, no door-to-door, and no recruiting requirements. Full training and licensing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling)
- Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
- Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget
The Compensation
- The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800.
- Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months.
- There are no quotas.
