We are seeking a Content & Editorial Manager to support a luxury lifestyle client and help manage content planning, editorial workflows, and multi-platform content execution. Responsibilities
Support content planning and editorial calendar management
Coordinate content publishing across channels
Draft captions and organize content assets
Edit short-form video content
Support website and Substack content workflows
Organize and maintain content libraries
Repurpose content across platforms
Coordinate with creative and marketing stakeholders
Requirements
Experience supporting content or editorial workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with CapCut and Canva
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Preferred
Experience with luxury, interiors, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Experience supporting founder-led brands
Familiarity with Substack
Strong visual instincts
Interest in design, architecture, or fashion
