We are seeking a robotic process automation developer who is passionate about developing to join the growing RPA and Agentic AI practice. The person we seek has previous experience in developing UiPath RPA or Microsoft Power Automate. We will train the right individual if you do not have RPA experience - you just have to be willing to learn!

The RPA/Agentic AI/Automation developer will work hand in hand with our data science teams on a daily basis to implement automations that drastically impact our client's businesses. The RPA developer will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing and documenting business processes, developing use cases and configuring RPA solutions.

Simultaneously, you will help senior management further standardize the service offerings and related work product with the objectives of: reducing bot implementation cycle time. As you become more familiar with our processes, you will also contribute to the refinement and extension of our findings and tools database/website which includes benchmarks, best practices, bot sequences and thousands of business process maps.

we are a mid-sized Management Consulting, Automation, and Data/Process Science firm, established in 1993, serving Fortune 1000 companies throughout North America. As part of a Data Science, Consulting Analyst and Robotic Process Automation team, the Business Analyst plays a key role in both large-scale end-to-end automation programs, and smaller, tactical related solutioning. The Business Analyst will formulate and define scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements:

- Identify and document current state business processes, eliciting both pain points and opportunities through interviews and direct observation of employees.

- Lead stakeholder meetings and presenting findings

- Leads requirements gathering effort on projects using moderately complex technical skills.

- Identify processes and workflows that can be enhanced by a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) /AI/Analytics

- Document the current state business processes by creating “As Is” process maps and narratives.

The person we seek has previous experience in successful data science roles, performing strategic analysis and, or, operations improvement projects. The data scientist will be part of a management consulting and data science team that performs analysis on client data and assists with the development, implementation and integration of pioneering solutions using different methods, techniques and tools. You will ensure the rigor and underlying logic of the team's findings, optimize the analytical storyline and develop superior, easy to comprehend documentation operational analysis.

The data scientist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business processes, developing business cases, developing analytics dashboards and providing domain knowledge to the team.
