Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning to develop and manage budgets and forecast financial outcomes.
- Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting processes.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess budgets, evaluate financial risks, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in leadership and strategic decision-making within financial operations.
- Familiarity with the podcasting or media industry is an advantage but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
