About the Role The Social Media Coordinator brings our social content to life across key platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube). This role's primary responsibility will be to plan & schedule posts, engage with the community, and create trend-driven content that supports our brand goals. The ideal candidate is proactive and organized, understands social best practices, and is comfortable being hands-on and helping wherever needed. Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day posting across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube, including caption writing, tagging, and optimization per platform
Collaborate closely with brand team to execute social calendar plans, ensuring all content is scheduled, posted, and aligned with brand objectives.
Support content creation needs, including shooting and editing social-first photo and video content as needed
Coordinate and organize incoming content (internal, UGC, influencer, campaign assets) to ensure timely and accurate deployment
Actively engage with the community across all platforms, including comments, DMs, and mentions
Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, communication, product seeding, and content delivery
Monitor trends, audio, and platform updates, translating them into timely content opportunities within the posting calendar
Work closely with Brand Manager to build social content lists to support ongoing campaigns and launches
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, EDU, and Ecomm teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across channels
Maintain and organize social content libraries for easy access and cross-team usage and deliver content assets across departments and external partners
Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics, applying insights to optimize posting strategy, timing, and content mix
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social media coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Strong visual storytelling, photography, video editing, and creative execution skills.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and similar platforms.
Familiarity with posting and content management platforms such as Rella.
Solid understanding of social KPIs and how creative impacts performance across both organic and paid channels.
Ability to differentiate and create content tailored for organic versus paid use cases.
A portfolio showcasing social-first video, photography, and creative work.
Ability to work quickly, collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
