Full-time, Monday-Friday
Applicants must be comfortable commuting to our location in San Gregorio, CA, a minimum of 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or route as appropriate
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support project management and track deadlines and deliverables
Organize events, conferences, and executive-level meetings
Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
