Role Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Daniel Theobald and several of his startups in the technology industry.
Details
  • $20-$45 hourly DOE
  • ​Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Applicants must be comfortable commuting to our location in San Gregorio, CA, a minimum of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or route as appropriate
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support project management and track deadlines and deliverables
  • Organize events, conferences, and executive-level meetings
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
  • Personal assistant duties as needed
